"Trevor & Ashley were amazing hosts & their home was perfect for our stay. There were several restaurants & bakeries within walking distance and downtown Nashville was a short 15 minute Uber ride. Trevor gave us a ton of recommendations for restaurants & bars along with anything else we could think of. I would highly recommend their home to anyone coming to Nashville! "

"This home is simply magnificent… the property is huge, so our kids roamed wide, with regular deer visits for an early morning coffee. "The tiny house was great! The only thing that i really didn't like was the proximity to the big house on the property. I mean its right there! However, nobody was staying at the big house so Randi offered me the use of the screened in porch area and the stairs down to the lake so i really can't complain. The tiny house itself was totally cute and immaculately clean! Out of town but still close to everything. I would definitely stay here again if im traveling by myself."

"My husband and I stayed here with a group of our friends for his 30th birthday. We had a great time swimming and boating in the lake and hanging out in the gazebo! The inside was so nice, and we were able to cook two big meals with all of the cooking supplies in the kitchen and the grill! One evening, we went into Nashville and the drive was not too long. It is the perfect place if you want a city and county option all in one!"

"The property is in a great location. Five to ten min the walk to Broadway. We stayed in a one bedroom unit. The unit was very basic and the unit definitely could have used a good deep clean. My only complaint would be that there are no blackout blinds/curtains in the bedroom. We were with a group and had a total of three rooms not one had blackout blinds. So it was bright as day in the bedroom by 6:00 am. Not ideal when you’re hoping to get some sleep after a late night. On the weekday mornings...
