"The Blackswan Sobro was in a great location. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. The accommodations were very good, comfy beds,well equiped kitchen and roomy bathroom with nice towels. A little nit picking would have the bed side lamps controlled by something other than the wall switch at the bedroom door. At no fault to Blackswan another resident through up on the stairway, which wasn't pleasant to walk around Overall we would definitely stay here again when visting Nashville."

"Located in a quiet neighborhood next to a beautiful park. Great coffee shop, Frothy Monkey and restaurant Lockeland Table within walking distance. The suite is plenty roomy for a couple- king bed, bathroom with double sinks, and a separate kitchenette / sitting room / closet. One of the best VRBOs we have stayed in over the years."

"A really cute place. Two beds, a kitchen table, a sofa and recliner facing a large screen tv (we never used it) and a good sized bathroom. Plenty of room for the two of us! The grounds are beautiful - we walked them when we were home before dark. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. We spent our days in Nashville and our nights in a quiet place. It really felt like home!"

"I visited my daughter who lives in a tiny place so the place was conveniently located and big enough to be together. I was able to prepare and host dinner for 4 then, one night my girlfriend, from another part of the state, stayed with me and then my daughter stayed with me the following night. This gave us ample room for a cozy comfortable visit. The view of the lake was stunning. The location and seperate entrance was both private and safe feeling. The hosts were very accommodating when i had to change my booking from including a pet to not having one as I ended up javing a sitter for him. "This was the perfect stay for my husband and I. So close to everything in 12 South. The guesthouse was clean and spacious. The bed was the only negative. It squeaked and creaked. I would recommend replacing the bed frame etc with something smaller. But it was comfortable anyway. Would recommend. 12 South is excellent location for trip to Nashville "
