「滞在中は快適でしたが、チエックインの案内をもっとわかりやすく！「フロントがないので事前位連絡を」だけでは不十分、アパートからのメールを待ちましたが見逃して、海外からのしかも他のところからの旅行中だとネットワークもままなりません。、とにかく不安でした。キッチンのシンクの流れが悪く、食洗機を使うと下水が逆流してきます、洗面の流れも悪いです。直しをお願いして途中にどなたか来られるのが嫌で、なんとかコツをつかんで連絡せず切り抜けました。」

「Excellent gathering space for families to reunite and enjoy each others company.Also, the location was excellent walk-ability index.Damon was so helpful ahead of time for planning details I hope to return next year.」

「Property was a perfect retreat after a couple long days in Nashville. Living room had games, books, and a great TV to wind down with. The beds were comfy and sheets were clean. I appreciated the fans, laundry baskets, blankets, soaps, towels, etc that made it feel more like home. Kitchen/laundry was clean. All around, a great property that I'd definitely stay at again!」

「Check in so easy, with precise directions to entrance and code. Spacious living area with king size comfy bed. We enjoyed the view of the water and neighborhood deer. Ashley helped us view properties in the area. She was most helpful with everything.」

「The Cottage was as advertised in every way. The kitchen was well stocked with all needs for cooking etc. It was very secure location and walk friendly. The porch was perfect since weather was perfect to sit out. great restaurants near by. Will use again if need arises. 」

「My mom and I traveled to visit my brother in Johnson City. This was a wonderful location (very close to campus and Downtown area) , great apartment above the garage, beds were comfortable, hosts were very responsive when we inquired about something! We loved the patio area we had access to and used it both nights and one morning for coffee! We plan to stay again next year!! 」

「A very beautiful, very clean, and cozy apartment furnished with love in a quiet location.Sights are easily accessible by car, public transport, or Uber.The great basic amenities (which you rarely find in this size with other providers) are worth mentioning; you have everything you need right there and don't have to buy the basics (e.g., laundry detergent, spices, coffee tabs...).We only have one small suggestion: a small shelf above the bed would be nice to store things like glasses, cell...

"The room is spacy enough and clean. There are two units of self laundry machine but no laundry and dry cleaning service. It is not far away from downtown if you use your car or rideshare apps. But I like to avoid the walking in the night from downtown. Breakfast are not hotel grade. They use paper plates and plastic cutleries. Only omlet fits my taste. It is good if you are student or big family who need to save money. If you are on bussiness trip, you should ask your employer to pay more."
