「The staff was amazing and upgraded our room because our teenage daughter weren't comfortable in the bunk beds made for smaller children. They had no problem accommodating us which made our stay and experience much better. It is nice to stay at a hotel that has great customer service and wants to make their customers comfortable and happy. This is not always the case anymore for some hotel chains. Thank you so much for your great service and caring about the comfort of your customers. 」

「We've stayed at this hotel 4 times now. Its close to everything, and the hotel is clean. They have 2 pools, and 2 hot tubs on this property. A indoor pool, and hot tub, and the same outside. Breakfast was decent they had many option's. Definitely recommend.」

「Nice place to stay off the Gatlinburg strip, the indoor pool is the highlight. It’s kind of a hybrid motel in a way. The restaurant inside the hotel was unassuming but really good which was a nice surprise.」
