"Great location, the shuttle to and from Broadway was amazingly convenient. Only issue we had (for a brand new hotel) is that there was one elevator basically permanently down, and a guest broke the other one so we had to take stairs for a couple hours until it was fixed, but that was just for a few hours (and I only had to climb once)"

"While we were there, Loews was undergoing some renovations, but staff made sure we were not impacted. Their customer service is impeccable. I will always choose to stay here. "

"We had an amazing experience at Caption by Hyatt Downtown Nashville! The location is a short walk or cheap Uber to downtown. It’s close enough to enjoy all the action, but far enough removed that it’s quiet. The room’s & amenities are beautiful. The staff was kind, courteous, & went above & beyond, to make our stay special & memorable. I was surprising my husband with a trip to celebrate a milestone birthday. The staff left a note wishing him a happy birthday, along with a bottle of champagne! I believe they also upgraded our room to a corner unit, without us requesting one. They allowed me to ship a package to the hotel & placed it safely in our room. They provided great recommendations for food & entertainment. We can’t wait to visit Nashville again & we will 100% at Caption again. "

"Hotel cleanliness great staff great what Expedia should disclose is they can't extend your stay at same rate, but the staff was kind enough to keep us in same room at same rate. Going back through Expedia price for checking out n back in again would have cost $100 more so always check hotel before booking through third party "
