「Had high expectations for this stay, but was somewhat disappointed. Staff seemed unorganized when we arrived. Everyone was polite though. Our fridge didn't work, but the hotel did fix that. The shuttle busses to Graceland were not very clearly marked and the announcements for them were non-existent. On the plus side, both restaurants on the property were very good.」

「Wrong area」

「This was the first time I have stayed at a Moxy Hotel. I will definitely stay at another Moxy again. The location for this particular Moxy was great for Beale Street. I would stay here again if I ever go back to Memphis.」
