"Nice hotel staff at the front desk was great, com complementary breakfast was good and great location. My only complaint was the refrigerator in the room did not work at all"

"Our toilet had issues and overflowed constantly making a huge water mess. They promptly fixed it. The gentleman at the front desk for the second shift kept disappearing leaving no one at the front. A couple different times I stood there a while waiting for him to return. Also one of the mornings we had zero hot water for an hour. It was ice cold. I called the front desk and eventually it came back, I just had to delay my shower. The breakfast was great. Excellent variety, loved the shredded pork and chicken and tacos. The tater tots were not crispy though. They tasted like they had been baked long before breakfast was served. We got there very early. "
