Great experience. Communications were excellent. Lofts are in walking distance from Broadway. Clean building and very quiet. We stayed in 206 and it was adorable with such a cute touch of Nashville. Highly recommend.

It’s a beautiful place in a fantastic location if you want to participate in nashville nightlife. It is secure and clean. I felt the upkeep could be better. The smoke detector battery went out while we were there and it started beeping. The smart tv couldn’t connect to the internet and the amenities were ok but a nicer variety of coffees.

Love this place. Within easy walking distance of Broadway. The public library, a must visit, is just a block down the street. And the food truck in the parking lot nearby was the perfect late night stop when wandering around from being out on Broadway. ;-)

Amazing accommodations

We cannot say enough how much we enjoyed our stay at 506 Lofts! The location, ample space, attention to details and amenities were superb! The loft had everything we could’ve needed, including umbrellas for the torrential rain, good coffee, a pitcher of cold water in the fridge, welcome snacks and a short 5 min walk to Broadway. Plenty of things to do and places to eat in the area near the lofts. Highly recommend staying here!!

It is a perfect location to enjoy Nashville's downtown atmosphere. We parked our car and did not need it again. We were able to walk to Broadway. However, the location also offers convenience to other less busy areas. Great weekend getaway!

The lofts are excellent, location is fantastic, and the property managers are great. I would caution however that the lofts are directly above a cigar shop and occasionally there is the noticeable smell of cigar smoke. If that doesn’t bother you then I would definitely recommend.

Great Hotel

This was an anniversary trip for us and the 506 lofts were perfect. The property is quiet and in a perfect location for walking to downtown events. The room was clean and well kept. Had a kitchen with full size fridge and stove which we loved. We have already referred two people to stay here. We will definitely stay again. Also loved hearing how they give back to the community as well.

We stayed 3 nights and had a wonderful stay at the 506 Lofts. The loft is very comfortable and has everything you need with a stocked kitchen and even shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. There is a washer and dryer which was great traveling with kids. The location was great. It was close enough to the action but far enough away to be quiet. There are some great dining options with in a few blocks and a little grocery and coffee shops literally right out of the door. We would definitely stay again!!

I was literally only in my loft long enough to get my overnight bag inside, leave for the concert, return, sleep, clean up and check out. BUT WOW!!! I loved the amenities in my unit and the security features of the property!! Everything was so peaceful, & if I had the time & money to stay longer & enjoy the area, I would have (and I’m a native Nashvillian, but there are so many small new-or new to me places to discover)!! In short, go and enjoy Nashville and have a peaceful and relaxing night’s sleep

I absolutely loved the decor at 506 lofts. You are a swift walk away from Broadway, and a convenient walk back when you had enough for the day. My room was neat, and clean, and had all of the commodities you could ask for.
