"Property was clean. Room was clean--bed was not comfortable. Bar area was full. Took a while to be served as we sat at a table the first time. Later, we were addressed and served right away. I do feel the on-site parking is quite expensive. We paid for the convenience. Location was perfect for exploring the downtown area. I would return. "

"I called front desk 2 times to have the fridge checked as it wasn’t cooling. No one came and end up having to throw away leftover pizza that we ordered at your hotel. One call should have been sufficient, after 2 calls??? Unacceptable "

"We were not allowed to check in early even though we were informed over the phone we could. Our refigerator broke and we were not reimbursed for the food that was ruined. Staff was very rude and not accommodating. Cleaning staff was very kind."

"The location was great. Easy walk to music row. The price was lower than other hotels in the area and the parking was much cheaper. The hotel itself is old and not in great condition. It did look like they were renovating some of the rooms though. "

"We stayed in March 2026 with my family. The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom was perfect size. Spacious living room and kitchen. Everything was very clean. Front desk staff was always nice and professional. Saleema was kind and helpful. Great location walking distance to some restaurants. Short ride to Broadway. We will definitely return! "
