"We booked at this PlaceMakr hotel after staying the Music Row location a few times, just to change it up. We liked it just like the Music Row location and will be back!!"

"We arrived about one and a half hours before the 4 pm checkin. Our room was not ready so they said they would contact us when it was. They kept making excuses and finally at 4 pm we asked why we hadn't been notified. They said there was a staff change and basically they forgot us even thought we were sitting right across from the front desk for more than an hour. They just didn't care what to us was a serious miscommunication. This is NOT a 5 star hotel!"
