「This was a decent hotel. The rooms are a little dated and there’s no coffee pot. However, there’s 24/7 coffee downstairs. What made this place really great was the person attending to the breakfast! She made sure you had enough food, always refilling everything! Wonderful positive attitude! She engaged with the staff and made everyone feel welcome!」

「The elevator was slow and non functional on a the day we were at the property. Parking was confusing.」

「It was nice there was shuttle to take downtown and to the Grand Ole Opry for a very reasonable price. The breakfast was good. My only complaint is that I asked twice for someone to look at my clogged bathroom sink , It was never fixed」

「It was a nice room. Bathtub a plus. I just hate the dog fee」

「The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I had stayed at this hotel 10 years prior and I must say it has really declined. The carpets were dingy, ceilings were noticeably patched, the breakfast used to be outstanding but is now a typical hotel breakfast. There was water all over the floor in the bathroom and I asked to be moved to another room. I could not get the air conditioning to work properly. Just disappointed in the place.」

「Good situation near to Gaylord resort.」

「The only thing not working was the exhaust fan in the bathroom, a common problem. In general, I don't have any complaint about the hotel itself. There were a couple of people yakking late into the night in a nearby room which was rude!」
