The staff was helpful. Housekeeping slipped one day and didn't come. But the manager called and remedied that. Room was pleasant, small bathrooms areas are my only disappointment. Although far from the downtown area the shuttle was convenient and reasonably priced. We were able to walk around the area and always felt safe. The staff were friendly and helpful and always available. We would definitely stay here again.
