"We had an absolutely amazing stay and can honestly say this has been the best vacation we have ever had! What made it truly special was the incredible staff and service. Everyone was always smiling, friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. We never had to ask for drink refills or wait for a server — the staff constantly paid attention and went above and beyond to take care of us. A special thank you to Andreas, who was wonderful, and to the entire entertainment team. We loved all the activities and workshops, especially the bike tour, the pool workout and activities with Erick, and the mixology workshop with Erick. They made everything so much fun! The pool bar servers were amazing, especially Danura, and we also want to recognize Carlos and Augusto for their excellent service. Lizzy at Starbucks was incredibly kind and helpful as well. Honestly, every staff member we encountered was fantastic. The food was delicious at every restaurant, and we were impressed by how quickly and smoothly everything was handled. We rarely had to wait to be seated in the evenings, and service was always attentive. The resort and our room were also kept beautifully clean. Overall, we had an unforgettable stay. The food, service, activities, cleanliness, and especially the wonderful people made this our best vacation ever. We would absolutely love to come back!"

"Great hotel just 5 minutes away from 5th Avenue. The staff provided a great service. The amenities were well kept and the food was good for an all inclusive resort. I would definitely return if I ever come back to Playa Del Carmen."

"This property is like visiting a postcard in real life super lovely staff, amazing wildlife, and a great location! They will try to pitch you on becoming a "member". The international buffet was okay but the restaurants when we could get reservations were delicious. Highly recommend getting the extra xcrate add-on and visiting the park and seeing the show. Overall a dream vacation."

"Loved this hotel! Will be going back for sure. The service was amazing, always attentive and ready to serve us. The app was useful for everything. THE FOOD i loved the food. The only thing me and my wife found that the bed wasn’t as cleaned as we wanted. Sometimes the sheets came stained or pillow case. The bed felt like there was bed bugs biting us. But either than that we loved it."
