Enjoy this beautiful studio that is very well located, a few steps from the beach and the famous 5th. avenue, but without the bustle of it. Close to restaurants, boutiques, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc.

It is not necessary to rent a car, you can do everything on foot!

Includes concierge service for tours, activities, restaurants, etc.

Very comfortable king size bed, smart tv, high speed internet and air conditioning in the room and in the living room. It has a kitchen, perfectly equipped with stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, refrigerator.

✘ Do not use air conditioning if there is no one on the property or with open windows or doors
✘ You can not use the pool with casual clothes and the swimsuit is mandatory. Please respect pool times.
✘ Food and drinks in glass containers in the pool area are forbidden.
✘ Do not exceed the speed limit of 10 km/h in the condominium or parking lots.
✘ Do not throw or leave garbage out of the apartment.
✘ Pets are not allowed.
✘ Do not smoke inside the property
✘ Do not use illegal substances.
✔️ The use of clothing in common areas is mandatory.
✔️ Please let us know if you see a water leak.
✔️ Respect the security staff and neighbors.
- For each rule that is not fulfilled, you can charge up to $ 200 USD penalty

⚠️ IMPORTANT:
- Replacement for loss keys, cards, bracelets, parking cards or towel costs $ 20 US each.
- Reservations of more than 6 nights include only 20kW of electricity per night. Excessive consumption will cost $ 5 pesos per kW extra. (Enough with a normal use)

We were happy with our stay the room was great! Could have been a bit cleaner when we arrived bedroom floor was dirty and shower drain was all plugged with hair and sand.
