"We had a wonderful four-night stay at GRAND HOTEL du LAC Hanoi for our second honeymoon and my wife’s birthday.
Most of all, we would like to thank Luna, who made our stay truly special. She was always kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful. Her warm smile and friendly personality made us feel welcome every day. We are sincerely grateful for everything she did for us.
The hotel is also in an excellent location. A Michelin-recognized pho restaurant, local supermarket, souvenir shops, and massage shops are all nearby, and Hanoi Train Street is within walking distance.
Our room had a great street view, and the soundproof windows were excellent, keeping the room surprisingly quiet despite the lively location.
Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of food. We especially enjoyed trying different freshly prepared egg dishes each morning.
Another great service was after check-out: the hotel stored our luggage and even provided a shower before we left for the airport, which was extremely helpful.
Thank you again to everyone at the hotel, and especially to Luna, for making our Hanoi trip unforgettable.
