"The check-in process was very smooth and they even accommodated early check-in for us since we had an early flight out the next day. The room was simple but comfortable and in a convenient location for getting to the airport quickly! One point of improvement : We had arranged with the check-in staff to have a car take us to the airport at 6:00 a.m. upon checkout. We got down to the lobby on our date of departure, expecting a car to be waiting for us, but the checkout staff ended up calling a car after we got there. The car ended up arriving close to 6:30a.m. We had only arranged the car with the hotel since we thought it would be ready to take us at 6a.m. Ultimately we could have ordered a car ourselves on Grab for a fraction of the cost, without the added stress of running 30 minutes late."

"早朝のフライトには便利。でもお手洗いが遠いし、タオルも置いていなく、もう少し心地よく滞在できる配慮が欲しいと思った。"

"ハノイ経由でダナンに入って直ぐにハノイからの帰国便の7時間遅れの通知が航空会社から入りました。ハノイ空港での待機時間が日を跨いで10時間近くになるため、急遽ホテルを探して予約しました。急な空港への迎え依頼、早朝の送りをお願いしましたが親切に対応してくれました。部屋は綺麗でとても良心的なお値段。とても助かりました。"

"部屋にゴミ箱はありません。シャワーは狭すぎます。となりに食堂かありサンドイッチとビール買って暑いので部屋で食べようとしたら怒られました。理由を聞いたらオーケーといってなにを言われても分からないみたいです。ベッドはせんべい布団みたいです。主人家族みんなをがやる気がない最悪のホテルです。利用しない方がいいと思います。"
