Nous devions prendre un bus pour une visite de la baie de Ha Long à 7h et avons choisi cet hôtel comme point de rendez-vous, car nous voulions y être déposés après la visite, pour y passer une nuit après la tournée. Nous avions nos bagages dans la rue en attendant et ĐA nous a accueillis et nous a permis de laisser nos bagages là pendant que nous prenions un petit-déjeuner avant d'être pris en charge. Ils se sont souvenus de nous à notre retour et ont été très amicaux et serviables pendant tout le séjour."

"The staff in this hotel are excellent, so kind and friendly and will go out of their way to do anything to make you feel welcome. The location is perfect just a short stroll to the lake or anywhere in the old quarter. It's such a busy place but you fel away from all the hustle and bustle of the street. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and will stay here again on our next trip. "
