The hotel exterior and interior was beautiful, the room was very large and comfortable, but they need wash cloths in the bathrooms, a coffee machine and coffee creamer. When I asked for coffee creamer, I was advised that I had to order it from the kitchen. Coffee & coffee creamer should be a basic amenity in such a fine hotel.

Bar staff were very rude to our group. We are Americans that were staying on the hotel. Staff waited on all other guests before us.

We only stayed one night while transferring through Naples on our way to Florence. The place was very nice but be aware the bedroom area does not have a door in case privacy is a concern. There were a few loud voices in the night outside that woke us up, but seems to be normal for the area. The bed was firm but comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern. Overall it suited our needs.

I don’t think I can fault this hotel! The hotel and facilities are breathtaking, but more importantly for me was the professionalism of the staff and how helpful they were! We had an early train trip and they organised my taxi and gave us a breakfast box to takeaway. I’m looking forward to exploring ...
