「This hotel operates without on-site staff. Had I been informed of this beforehand, the arrival process would have been much easier. Because the access road near the hotel was blocked, Uber taxis couldn't get close, forcing me to drag my suitcase a long way on foot. I was able to enter the building by communicating with the host via the intercom (Ring system?), but I had to carry my heavy suitcase up the stairs; the stairwell was completely dark—with no lights on—making it both frightening...

「The property is on a beautiful piece of land overlooking the sea. The dining room also has a wonderful space to see the sea while you eat. Our room was a bit plain and lacked a cover. There was only a small window making it feel closed in.」

「We had a lovely stay in a clean, spacious room with a very comfortable bed. The neighbourhood was exceptionally quiet, which made for a restful experience. The paid underground parking was convenient and secure. Overall, a great stay that I would happily recommend.」

「The location of the hotel is impossible to get to from public transport, requiring a (overpriced) taxi or hire car to reach or leave. Don't trust the local public transport app's directions as we were sent down a secluded lane which couldn't be used to access the hotel. The pool and view was lovely, and the food was generally good. 「Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Man muss bei dem Hotel beachten, dass er auf ein Hügel liegt und somit schwer zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Mit einem Auto dort hin zu fahren wäre am praktischsten. Das Hotel bietet auch einen kostenlosen Shuttle in das Stadtzentrum und Bahnhof von Pozzuoli, was super hilfreich ist. Der steht aber leider nur bis 20 Uhr zur Verfügung. Wenn man also vor hat abends länger draußen zu bleiben, kann das ein bisschen schwierig werden. Wir haben zum Beispiel um 23 Uhr kein...
