We found two issues, the sink was not draining properly and the TV remote was missing batteries. Those issues were corrected immediately by the hotel staff. 「スタッフのアントニオは、とても親切。宿泊の数日前から、交通手段や駐車場が必要か、到着時間を聞いてくれます。このホテルに宿泊するには、WHAT'S　UP　の使用がMUSTです。部屋は清潔で、毎日のメイドサービスもあり完璧。ただし、雑居ビルのなかのホテルなので、ビルの入り口・ホテルの入り口・部屋の入り口と3つの鍵が必要。フロント常駐ではないので、チェックイン前の荷物預かりも不可。荷物預けには、近くのホテル　マルコに荷物預かり所があるので安心ですけど。滞在中はキッチンは使いやすく、近くにスーパーもあり、快適に過ごせてよかったです。ありがとう、アントニオ！！」

「Das Appartment war sehr toll und ideal gelegen. Late Checkout war gegen eine kleine Gebühr ebenfalls möglich. Lediglich ein paar mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten wären nett. Es ist nur ein kleiner Tisch in dem Appartment. Der Lift um 20 Cent pro Fahrt und das App im 5. Stock hält fit. Am Abend ist er aber kostenlos. 」

「The property and owner were very gracious. We had an unfortunate travel delay with a flight cancelation and rented a car to drive in but arrived very late (very early) at 3:30 am. The owner was kind enough to work with us on the check in and we were able to successfully keep our plans for the morning of our arrival.
