「We were 2 couples visiting Phile. It was weird to not get the chileckin instruction till afternoon, but it worked out.Hoped for an early checkin, but with the parking down the street, i guess that worked out too.Parking was easy. We felt safe.」

There was an issue that was pretty frustrating and needed to be resolved, but it was handled the next morning and communication throughout was really good. 「Hosts were very accommodating and flexible. The property was a lot of fun and the AC kept us cool on the hottest days of the year. I wish the parking situation had been more transparent on the listing - it was difficult to come by. 」

The building staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent location. Convenient for grocery and wine runs! Even a Target within a block!The unit is low on flatware - not an issue for 2 of us, but would be for 3 or more occupants.」

「I stayed here with three of my friends while visiting Philadelphia for a sporting event . We had an amazing time ! Danni is an incredible host and very responsive as well as extremely hospitable . The rooftop area is very nice . The house is very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay. Parking was straightforward and I was able to find nearby street parking for free for the weekend . I highly recommend this rental.」

"The lady of the reception was very unfriendly and impolite. She showed no smile, and even showed her angry face to our 5 yrs old boy, who was just trying to reach the counter. Very bad experience. Never want to see her again! And the breakfast was terrible."
