「Très bel appartement. Bien équipé et à deux pas de la gare. Super accueil du concierge et sa flexibilité quant aux horaires d’accueil et de départ ont été grandement apprécié. Je recommande vivement.」

「Sehr gut ausgestattetes, schönes Apartment mitten in der Stadt im ersten Obergeschoss.Kleiner Wermutstropfen: bei sehr heißem Wetter ist das Schlafen mit geöffneten Fenstern zwar nötig, da es keine Klimaanlage gibt, durch die vielen Fenster auch gut möglich, dank der schönen Lage im Fußgängerbereich allerdings recht laut. Aber wenn man mittendrin wohnen will, muss man das eben in Kauf nehmen. Sonst war alles bestens, sehr hell und geräumig, schön eingerichtet.」

「Easy to coordinate check in. The apartment was clean and bright, and the high ceilings make the space feel even larger than it is. The location is awesome—very close to a bunch of great restaurants and shops, and just a short walk from the tram. A/C and the washer/dryer combo in-unit both came in handy. There are quite a few stairs up to the apartment (it’s the top floor), but on the plus side: no-one above you!」

「This is a perfectly lovely apartment. Very compact but makes good use of space. Being an older couple, I would say it is not for older people who have mobility or pain issues, as I do. There is no lift and it is on the second floor (3rd if you are from the US!) and the stairway is a stone winding staircase. I just about managed it twice per day. That tea was good with.Japanese special black iron pod. Very impressed & I enjoyed to work with my laptop pc & hotei free internet. When I come to Bordeaux. will stay there."

"水回りが古く、気になる方は別のところをお勧めでします。また、ランドリー施設があるという記載がありますが、ホテルには無いため、近くのコインランドリーを使うしかないです。バス、路面電車の乗り場には近いので、古さが気にならない方は観光の拠点としておすすめです。"
