Quiet area with plenty to do within walking distance. Easy access to the gulf and bay beaches. The free island trolley only a block away. Great rental option. Negatives: *pullout sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable; Was not informed about the door alarm or bypass button - the alarm sounds/screeches 10...

"Beautiful condo. Very clean. Pool was also very clean. View of bay was gorgeous and very close to an excellent restaurant, The Waterfront, which is a must try. Close to lots of shops, general store, ice cream, etc. We also rented a golf cart so never had to drive. Not even to the Publix. Definitely will be back. Hopeful the washer and dryers will be connected by then. That would be the only thing we would have added. Other than that excellent vacation!! "
