The team at the Westin Club Lounge deserves special recognition for their attentiveness and professionalism. I would especially like to highlight Gloria Ma, whose warm hospitality and exceptional service made my stay even more memorable. Overall, I highly recommend The Westin Bund Center for anyone visiting Shanghai. It’s a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and outstanding service. "Clean, large and beautiful rooms, very useful to have washer and dryer in the room, and staff are extremely helpful. There are no free pastries unlike in prior reviews. Compared to large hotels, price is quite high as similar price in Shanghai usually includes breakfast and more facilities."
