I had a truly pleasant and comfortable stay at Holiday Inn Shanghai. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions. The room was clean, cozy, and well maintained. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their thoughtful service made the experience even more enjoyable. Amenities were great as well, especially the breakfast selection, which offered a nice variety to start the day right. Overall, it was a smooth, enjoyable, and memorable stay. I would definitely choose Holiday Inn Shanghai Nanjing Road again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

The hotel is very well positioned just across the Nanjing Road and the staff is well trained to help with all your needs. The breakfast was very good, they were varying it all the time and well supplied until the late breakfast hour. If we will visit Shanghai again, we will definitely book our accommodation here again and again.

Awesome property, this was the second hotel in my Shanghai trip and I can tell you, comparing with the first hotel we stayed this hotel is fabulous! Super well located, spacious room, well maintained and new property, super friendly staff and they also communicate very well in English. Fairly good breakfast, hotel was able to handle airport transportation for us easily. I will absolutely stay in the hotel again when visiting Shanghai

Great area with subway station nearby but taking a cab using DiDi app is pretty cheap too. Staff have been very nice but not all speak English so have a translation app downloaded. Rooms are comfortable and modern.
