"Super happy and helpful staff- only true issue is the “i need to get you into a presentation” hassle. But they’re fully aware it’s an annoyance and if you give slight pushback, they’re more than willing to offer ibeurostar cash you can then use towards amenities and off site activities. other than that- everything and everyone was truly amazing. every day they’re doing something to upkeep the property. adorable animals all over. . !! helpful tip !! we found out too late lol-GOOGLE maps has the resort and can make it easier to find restaurants or areas of the place before you get the lay of the land. "Oom Bubble Boutique is gorgeous and unique. Despite our late evening arrival, we received a warm welcome from Gabriella and quick tour to get our bearings. The front desk were extremely responsive to our WhatsApp messages throughout our stay. The bubbles are simple and stylish, with a tucked away toilet and both a bath and very comfortable bed in which to enjoy the night sky. We slept really well, serenaded by the jungle symphony. After a delicious breakfast, we enjoyed an amazing massage outside, under the shade of the trees, next to our private pool. After this we walked 500m to Cenotes 7 Bocas, recommended by Maritza, which was a beautiful way to end our short yet soulful stay at Oom Bubble Boutique. "
