"My husband and I loved our stay at the Valentin Imperial! The property is gorgeous. It is incredibly well maintained and there is greenery and wildlife everywhere. We stayed in the Emerald Suites. Honestly, it had the best hotel bathroom I’ve ever experienced. The pool is beautiful, and we liked that there are a few options to choose from. The main pool is visually stunning, but it does it crowded and it can be difficult to find a spot in the shade. We chose to hangout at a smaller pool where it was easy to snag a spot with an umbrella. The employees were very friendly and attentive. We really liked some of the food spots (La Hacienda, the breakfast buffet, and the pool food trucks), but we weren’t fans of some of the restaurants. However, there are a lot of choices so everyone can find something they like. I wish the drinks were higher quality, but I didn’t really expect them to be since it’s all inclusive. We would definitely go back!"

"It’s a big resort takes a bit to figure out where to go at first. Tons of things to do.For the size of it is super clean and the grounds are beautiful with a diversity of wild life. The beach is beautiful can be hard to find spots as too many people throw their towels on the loungers and walk away. Pools are great weather you are looking for quite places or something a little more entertaining.The staff is so friendly and welcoming can’t say anything bad about the staff top notch all around and very attentive. Lobby bar gets lively in the evening which is fun to mingle with other guests if you want. Tons of food options did 5 al la carte dinners and the buffet was amazing (you don’t want miss Mexican night at the buffet). The family and I feel a little homesick coming back to our home after our stay because we had such a wonderful time in Mexico .Highly recommend Iberostar."

"Great stay with lots of nature and animals. The kids loved the peacocks, flamingos and the pool. The convenience and the efficiency of the laundry service were so helpful. Rooms were quiet and comfortable. I’d visit again. "

"From the moment we booked to the time we checked out, the Mamma Loo staff was in constant communication with us. They let me know about prices outside the stay rates beforehand, they helped me arrange a welcome bouquet for my girlfriend, arranged for us to have a grill dinner and took breakfast all the way to our kuchil ( that’s how you say space/home in mayan). Bathroom was clean, dinning area was tidy and the room was nice and comfortable. My girlfriend loved this, she said “ we should do this at least once per month, her energy was restored”. I want to come back and I would recommend you stay, piece of advice: try to disconnect from your phone, there’s lots of fauna to discover. Ps. Colibrí is a very nice dog, you’ll win her heart if you bring a little snack. "

"Communication was not good, we did not know how to access the water park and when we tried to access it we learned it had to be booked the day before. We were not able to use the water park due to that. We struggled with the restaurant options, not enough kid options. Jade restaurant was the best of our experience. They went out of their way to give good service and was very accommodating. Overall, the place was beautiful and clean. "
