「Great location. Place is very nice & cozy , Gorgeous rooftop pool area with amazing views of dtla. Has an in-unit laundry which is nice and full kitchen. I also like that the room was a separate space and the living room was very spacious. Red line metro is super close which made commuting very easy. Highly recommend walking to grand central market , which was a short walk over. Definitely would stay again...24 hour security in building was a bonus as well.」

「Host was great, communicated well throughout. Property was very clean, spacious andexceptionally comfortable. We could walk to restaurants. We attended Rose Bowl parade and it turned out to be very convenient for that event. It's also close to Huntington gardens and museums. We landed in a good place in this condo! 」

「Nice place to stay close to food」

「We enjoyed the updated fixtures and the layout of the place! Ari was also quick to answer any questions we had. We’d be happy to stay here again! 」

「Great location and can’t beat the free parking in DTLA. Host was very nice, and got back to us asap when we had to fix an error at check in. Would recommend :)」

「Rental was great. Plenty of room for our family. Comfortable family room for hanging out. Well stocked kitchen. Appreciated the laundry in the unit. Parking was easy. Bathroom shower off the hallway has a bad leak and the floor was soaked. Love the location, we could walk to Starbucks and many fun restaurants. 」

「This apartment was everything we needed it to be. If you are used to the city life inherent to Los Angeles, this apartment is great. The owner is incredibly responsive, The apartment is very convenient to shopping and to exploring Japantown (Sawtelle) by foot, and is convenient to West Los Angeles and Santa Monica and the environs by car. The owners provide a parking space though on street parking is available as well. Bedrooms each have their own bathroom and showers. Air conditioning worked...

「The Host changed the dates of the booking by a week without any notice 2 days before I checking in. The host ghosted me and did not change the dates back at all. Before he ghosted me, he was rude and sketchy. Do not book this room, you will get scammed. I thankfully caught the changes he made before the refund policy expired the next day. If I didn’t catch it, I would have been scammed a lot of money and would have gone to a trip with nowhere to stay. Stay away from this place」

「Overall, this condo had some positives, but it didn't fully meet my expectations. The space itself was comfortable and well laid out, and the parking was excellent, which was a huge plus. Communication with the host was also great—they were responsive and easy to work with throughout the stay. However, the location was farther from Santa Monica's main attractions than I expected based on the listing. Walking to the pier, shopping, and other popular destinations was not an option. Our biggest...
