「My partner and I enjoyed our stay here overall. I had paid for breakfast to be included, but later found out at arrival that the breakfast is not included so I was disappointed about that as that was additional funds that were wasted. I was also disappointed at finding out there was no safe in our room as well, as this is typically a feature included at other hotels. Parking was fine but sometimes it was a challenge to find parking, and it was tedious having to scan the card at entry and exit....

「チェックインした部屋の冷房が壊れていた。そのために、電話を3回かけて、やっとエンジニアが来たが、何も言わずに、戻っていった。1時間以上冷房のないロサンゼルスの西日の部屋で待機した。再度電話をかけたが、らちが明かないので、フロントまで行って、部屋を変えてもらうよう交渉したところ、同クラスの部屋は満室であるとのことで、グレードを下げて、リファンドするとのこととなった。 　冷房が故障していることが、フロントに伝わっていない状況。そのような部屋にチェックインさせるようなオペレーション上の基本的な問題。マリオットとしては恥ずかしい、と考えてほしい。 　エアコンが故障している部屋しかないのなら、場合によってはアップグレード、または致し方ないダウングレードとリファンドをチェックインの段階でプロポーズされていれば、印象は大きく変わったことだろう。 　discriminationかもしれないが、午後3時ころにフロントにでむいており、遅い時間でのチェックインではないので、vacantな同等の部屋はあったはずと考えざるを得ない。」

「I wanted a good night sleep and a hot shower, so this hotel did provide that. Breakfast was good too. I knew I was getting for the price I paid so I rank it a good hotel. But it’s not well maintained, hallway had a bit of a urine odor. Pool chairs were broken. Hot tub was a bit nasty. That being said though, I slept really well and got my hot shower.」

「宿泊代からしても、それ相応といえる。 　長期滞在者もいるようだ。エアコンが窓（廊下に面していて、カーテンを開けると部屋の中が廊下からみえる）の下にあり、冷たい空気が直接ベッドにあたるので不快。 　清潔さがなんとなくない。 　受付は1人しか対応者がいないので、他の客との対応でで払うと、そのためにずっと待たされる。」

「We stayed this hotel 7 nights as a base for sightseeing beaches and towns in South Orange County. Hotel room is spacious, complementary breakfast is good quality, and only missing is insufficient shower pressure.」

「Hand-held shower head was dead. Breakfast buffet is goof enough but would be better if is less salty and contain vegetables.」

「Clean spacious room. Dog friendly. Complimentary breakfast. Close to home we have moved out of in MV. Great experience!」
