「designed for long-term stays. Many of the residents have actually been living here for years. Therefore, you shouldn’t expect the same level of service as you would at a typical hotel. You cannot check in early.　You cannot eat boiled egg, toast, sausage at reastrant. Even if you go to the front desk with a request, there isn’t always a staff member at the counter. The staff aren’t unprofessional; they get the job done. It’s just that staffing levels are inadequate—and that’s the management’s...

「Great hotel to stay long time with family!」

「Does Laguna Hills Lodge had to be the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life!!! my daughter, and I wanted to use the laundry room that is next to the swimming pool and after washing our laundry, we realize there was something that looked like chocolate covering the entrance of the door thing on the washing machine and the try to clean it off with our fingers because I thought it was chocolate or something chocolate bar someone forgetting it in there top in their pockets or something, and it...

「Hand-held shower head was dead. Breakfast buffet is goof enough but would be better if is less salty and contain vegetables.」

「I love this location. It is so close to the beach, you cannot beat it! And you cannot beat the views! Cozy and convenient...hidden gem!」
