「Does Laguna Hills Lodge had to be the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life!!! my daughter, and I wanted to use the laundry room that is next to the swimming pool and after washing our laundry, we realize there was something that looked like chocolate covering the entrance of the door thing on the washing machine and the try to clean it off with our fingers because I thought it was chocolate or something chocolate bar someone forgetting it in there top in their pockets or something, and it...

「What a lovely place to stay! Everyone is very friendly there too! I was impressed when we opted to not have our room serviced, there were two bags filled with clean towels, coffee, creamer, etc. I have never had that service before! The breakfasts were delicious and plenty to pick from! Keep up the good work!」

「good!」

「Hand-held shower head was dead. Breakfast buffet is goof enough but would be better if is less salty and contain vegetables.」
