"Excellent location in Old Town!! Very close to the Chapel Bridge, lots of restaurants, the train station, and Lake Lucerne. We stayed there for 5 nights and took a few day trips, so it was great to be within walking distance of the train station. The hotel was really nice and clean, and the staff were helpful."

"The hotel is located in a great spot to walk along the river and all of the waterfront dining. It is also a short walk from the train station. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, simple but tasty and the coffee was amazing. There is no AC but it was explained to us that it is not allowed to install it in a historic building. We opened the windows at night and there was a ceiling fan. There is a restaurant onsite and one next door and you get a 10% discount if you eat at those places. Overall we enjoyed our stay. "
