The room was spotless, Sarah the concierge was amazing and very helpful. Carlos the bartender was very accommodating and friendly! The hotel itself was amazing, the view incredible, all the “stories” and special touches made us feel apart of the history of this beautiful hotel! Only critique is the bathrobes did not match the prestige quality of the rest of the establishment.

We spent two unforgettable nights at Hotel Schweizerhof Luzern over New Year, including the New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner, and everything was absolutely stunning. From the beautiful lakefront location to the elegant room, outstanding service, and incredible atmosphere, every detail was perfect. The gala dinner was spectacular — delicious food, wonderful ambiance, and flawless organisation. The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming, and the dinner on New Year’s Day was the perfect finish to a magical stay. A truly world-class hotel — we cannot wait to return.
