The hotel is located in a very convenient spot, close to the train station, piers, historical places, and a beautiful view of the Chapel Bridge. The staff were lovely. Hotel provided F&B voucher which could be redeemed for any drink or meal at the hotel restaurant; my breakfast was well covered by it. 😀

This is a great place to stay in the fall or winter — amazing location, good restaurant downstairs, and an excellent staff. However, it was unbelievably hot. We did not stop sweating the entire time we were there.

We had a room with a balcony overlooking the Chapel Bridge. We ate several times on our balcony. Small but functional. Large room which made it comfortable for 2 people to move around. The room and bathroom were very clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. We had breakfast there 2 mornings. While not free they do provide vouchers you can use in the restaurant which helps offset the cost. We had dinner outside one night by the river. Perfect with the Chapel Bridge view. The location was also perfect for taking a walk through Old Town. Everything felt close by. Highly recommended!!

Best location in town, in front of the Chapel Bridge and within walking distance of the main train station. Rooms were comfortable, pristinely clean and with reasonable size. Rooms overlooking the back street are much quieter than the ones looking out the front. Will definitely stay back again.
