「Staff wasn’t what I would call helpful. My 19 yr old student was travelling across the country. Arrived late, after midnight and travelling all day: when she arrived they wouldn’t allow her to check in without a credit card. Everything was prepaid. My daughter called me, 3:30am. I tried to give my credit card over the phone to pay incidentals, she wouldn’t allow it. Not good enough given the circumstances of her travel. Students don’t all have credit cards. 」

「The hotel is very chaotic when you enter. There is no staff and you cannot call room service or the front desk at any time. They connect you to ai then from ai they connect you to a call center in Orlando. They never connect you to anyone who works there at anytime and it makes asking for fresh towels or even a simple coffee impossible. I wouldn’t stay here again. 」

「Clean, staff was very responsive, parking was easy. Laundry wasn't used but brand new ones. 」

「Marc , the owner , was so welcoming and attentive to my every needs .. His breakfasts were made with care and originality , and were very good as well. I highly recommend Marc when you’re in the Chelsea area ! 」

「Petits détails pour le maintien de votre magnifique endroit : la porte principale ferme mal et plusieurs fois elle est restée grande ouverte parce que les clients n'y portent pas attention. Des stores qui bloquent mieux la clarté et de plus longs oreillers seraient aussi appréciés. Sinon, tout est parfait!」

「For what it is (a motel/Inn), it’s one of the best we’ve been too. Relatively clean and beds are really comfortable. We were just there to sleep and shower, but we do rent a room there 3-4 times a year and always been fine with the staff and accommodations! 」

「I enjoyesd my stay the only downside is that the room is not serviced the American way i stayed in room 208 it can get noisy the weekend from guest from the restaurant smoking outside the window all problems that inhad was handle right away or next business day 」
