「Really nice apartment with ample street parking. Depending on what time you get there it might be harder to find a spot but we got there around 8pm and found a spot very close to the apartment. Host was very responsive, only thing is i wish they would have sent the check in codes to my phone as a text rather than as a message through the app since it didn’t load all the way and it took some time to receive it. 「GET THE GARAGE PARKING! On street parking is non-existant if you plan on driving, The basement 2BR unit we were in was extremely clean and comfortable. It suited our stay perfectly.」

「We really enjoyed our stay here. The communication was great. Check-in was flawless. We were able to find free parking close by. The listing is accurate, and the location was perfect for our visit to Chicago. We would definitely stay again. Well-equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, plug strips and extra bedding all were appreciated.」

「Overall communication and assistance was great. The couch was advertised as being a pullout but it wasn't. Parking was only available on the street so we always had to park two streets over which was a huge inconvenience. Otherwise everything was great.」

「地下鉄レッドラインの駅からもほど近く、良いホテルだと思います。歴史を感じる建物で、一回のロビーは素晴らしいです。バーでのウェルカムドリンクが付いているクーポンに気が付かず、有償で飲んでしまいました。また朝食のクーポンは、朝になって気が付き朝食をいただきました。ただ店員・料理が全然追い付いておらず、空いた料理が続きました。またドリンクもグラスやカップが追い付かず待たされました。部屋については満足です。そこそこ広い部屋で、デスクが広くて使いやすい。景色は望めませんでしたが、快適でした。」

「フロントデスクがフロントらしくなく、チェックインの際「フロントはどこか？」と聞いたら「ここだ」と言われて驚いた。部屋は狭いながらも清潔だが、洗面所の排水が著しく悪かった。エレベーターは2台しかないが、特に待つこともなく、混雑で乗れないということはなかった。goldメンバーに提供されるはずのservice は、$25相当のresort優待特典を含めて何も提供されなかった。3泊したが、水の補充も1日だけなかった。周辺のホテルの相場よりもだいぶ安く泊まれたので、過度に期待しなければいいホテルだと思う。」
