「The place was great! It's stocked with the basics, bed and couch are comfy, and everything is clean. There were only a handful of times when I heard the upstairs neighbor, but nothing too crazy. The neighborhood itself is very cute and quiet, with good food and stores within walking distance. Street parking was easy. Thank you! 」

Opening the windows to get some air circulated was very helpful, although it was difficult to get the kitchen and bedroom windows open. 「Property is located one level up from the street, in an older multiple-dwelling unit building that has converted to condominiums.
It faces a busy and noisy commercial avenue, and the older windows block little of the noise. Additionally, the windows have older blinds but no curtains, so it gets quite bright in the morning. Also, heavy curtains would help dampen some of the street noise.
