「This hotel is lovely! The rooms are large and comfortable with a small refrigerator and a microwave. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast menu and that it was delivered to my room on time. I definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here if in Traverse City.」

「The room is very nice and clean. Great view of the Lake. Parking was perfect. The cookies in the evening were a great perk. The only complaint we had was the spiders outside on the deck. There are so many spiders that we couldn’t enjoy the balcony. We even went to store and purchased bug killer. It helped for a day but the spiders came back. They need to hire an exterminator. Hotel is great though. Perfect location. 」

「3時前にチェックインにフロントへ。　お部屋の掃除がまだで結局16：30にお部屋へ入れました。フロントスタッフは謝っていましたが、段取りが悪いことが不信感に繋がりました。フロント周辺で待っている間に掃除スタッフを5、6人見かけましたので、人手が足りない訳ではなさそうでした。　私の前にも同様に待っている家族連れいました。」

「Room was outstanding right in the corner on the third floor. Great view out the windows. Easy access to the casino which was clean, friendly and fun. A decent amount of food options whuch were solid.」
