「Room was clean and the balcony was great!」

「Room was clean. Only issue was cleaning service = At check in we were told since we were staying 3 nights cleaning service would only change the towels and dump the trash. When we returned to our room on day 2 the towels were changed - but they did not dump the trash. ..... The next morning I put both trash cans out in the room when we left. (And yes then they dumped the trash). I was disappointed that they do not fix the bed - one of the "perks" I enjoy while traveling is NOT having to fix my...

「Let me start out by saying that I'm 73 and I have stayed at 5 star luxury hotel in Malta and I have also stayed at a Motel 6 in Rock Island Illinois and this is by far the most disgusting hotel that I have ever stayed at. We stayed there for three nights and they gave us 1 roll of toilet paper and one packet of coffee . There was never anyone in the office to obtain new towels or anything. The place was filthy and bug infested. The exterior was unkept and overgrown. Here is the pathetic part:...

「The place is older, probably why the issues. The room smelled damp and musty. Upon further inspection we noticed the air conditioning unit was clogged up. The sliding glass door didn't work. We did get a text from front desk asking if all was ok and we addressed these issues which they were willing to come take a look at. We declined at the time so as not to interrupt our stay. I feel they had to have known about these issues prior. My biggest issue (and I totally understand cancellation policy)...

「There are no elevators so if you are on the 2nd floor you need to carry everything up some stairs. On the 2nd floor people walk right by your window on the outdoor balcony. The room is very small. The breakfast area is too small to accommodate all the guests. The road noise is almost constant.」

「3時前にチェックインにフロントへ。　お部屋の掃除がまだで結局16：30にお部屋へ入れました。 フロントスタッフは謝っていましたが、段取りが悪いことが不信感に繋がりました。 フロント周辺で待っている間に掃除スタッフを5、6人見かけましたので、人手が足りない訳ではなさそうでした。　 私の前にも同様に待っている家族連れいました。 」

「To start with the staff was super friendly. We had an issue when we discovered the hairdryer was missing from our room. I texted the issue and the staff started to work on the issue. We were lucky the housekeeping manager was there to help solve the issue. The door in the bathroom could’ve used a clean mop over it. It looked clean, but probably needed a clean mop or mop water. The beds were fantastic! And earplugs were provided, but weren’t needed. The kettle and coffee and the hairdryer all...
