"We were going to Sleeping Bear Dunes so there really are not a lot of options for stays. The service was fast on the phone during business hours. I did not love that the after hour check-in requires taking a key from a public box for safety reasons. The pillows and bed were very uncomfortable. When we got to our room the heat was not on and the room was at 59 degrees, mind you it is 40 and dropping. We spent a long time trying to determine how to turn the heat on (it is not using the wall thermostat but the ac looking unit which is very difficult to get to as a counter top was installed right on top of it). The unit proceeds to blow cold and hot air. Both the bath tub and toilet are leaking water and the bathroom floor is warping because of it. Additionally, you can hear everything from the rooms around you and outside (I can see why they provide a white noise machine). Aside from all of that the room was clean. Hard to recommend but I know it’s one of the only options."

"We stayed here with extended family for a 4 day reunion. The house is really nice, clean, well laid out, and has an amazing deck, yard, and boat dock! The water is perfect as it stays shallow (2ft) for a ways out from the shore and was perfect for the kids to play and kayak.We rented the house next door also and loved the combined yard and extra space between the houses. "

"The house was as listed, and we enjoyed having a three- day stay. It is conveniently located and we found it easy to find the spots we wanted to explore. I especially appreciated the ease of communication. I was confused about how to handle garbage and asked about it in the provided message link. There was an immediate response and an explanation of what I should do. I also appreciate the kind response when I asked for a check out delay of a couple of hours. Our teen grandson was taken to the emergency room because of running a very high fever. We were up most of the night before check out dealing with him and were exhausted. I was told to take some extra time and get rested up before our leaving. This was very helpful. Thanks!"
