「We are used to backpacking into the wilderness for adult camping but we wanted to camp with the kids and weren't sure they were quite ready for a full week of pack-in pack-out camping, plus we wanted to get out of our own tourist town. The location felt very secluded even though it was right off the highway (which you could hear but wasn't an issue for us) they provided us with a heater that worked wonderfully to keep the place warm! 「I guess this could pass as a campsite. If you don’t mind being surrounded by trailers and storage vehicles on the side of a busy rural highway. If you are looking for an up north Mi camping experience you are hereby forwarned this is not the most scenic campsite! Not mad, just disappointed.But everyone’s gotta make a buck I guess. 「This was a fantastic experience and Rose is one of the coolest, kindest people I've met in my travels. The camper was clean and the area around the camper was picturesque and our picnic table was even secluded beside a little stream to give us some privacy. We had our own fire pit, and Rose made sure to keep it well stocked with wood during our stay. 「I had a fantastic stay at this glamping site! Chad and Aimee really know how to go above and beyond for their guests. While I was alone at the campsite, I felt very comfortable and safe. The walk to the river is very easy. Definitely enjoyed reading my book in the hammocks they provided.
