"This used to be an old apartment building that has been recently renovated with modern vibes . The rooms are full size one bedroom apartments with sizable kitchen. Great for term stays or large families. Parking is reasonable at $30 for the area with in and out privileges - located across the street. Easy walk to Little Caesar’s arena and Comerica Park. The check in is very strict at 4pm . Make sure your phone is charged because only digital keys are given. "

"The very heated outdoor pool was fantastic! Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We noticed our room was missing a robe, so we let the front desk know and another one was delivered. Very attentive staff. It's a short walk to downtown. As it was a bit chilly, we didn't walk on the beach, but did notice that the dock is in a great state of disrepair - not what's pictured. Hopefully that will be remedied in the future. We'll definitely plan to stay there again in the future. "

"Horrible11th birthday party for my daughter. Pool, rooms, resort, and water park dirty. We had to ask for washcloths and towels which none were avaliable in the room opon arrival. No restaurants or snack bars were open at the water park which made it so where we had no access to food or drink while there unless we left the waterpark. Way understaffed. We booked not knowing expedia does not offer water park passes with the rooms until we got there so we had to pay a extra 70 per person for water passes. 70 x 6=420 is alot so we paid almost twice as much from not booking straight with the resort. The only good this was the staff of 2 at the waterpark. We will not be using expedia any time in the future. I feel some type of refund is necessary. "
