「The apartment was a great base camp for our travels in the upper pennisula. Beds were comfortable and shower was nice. I do agree with another review about the bathtub being slippery when taking a shower. We bought a bath mat which helped tremendously.」

「Inside needs total update…outside cute and welcoming. Dead flies, dumpy furniture, needs painting, dirty gross caulking in bathroom, bed soft.」

「We came to hike so was great location-relatively short drives to copper harbor, eagle harbor, McLain State park, falls etc.. calumet area has options for dining, groceries etc so you don’t have to drive to Houghton, unless desired. Apartment was clean, relaxing and nicely decorated. Would stay again!!」

「What a hidden gem! This cabin was the perfect size for our family of four and two large dogs. The views are STUNNING. We visited right before a blizzard hit and thoroughly enjoyed watching the weather roll in while we stayed warm and cozy by the wood stove. Great place to stay whether you want to unwind and hibernate, go snowmobiling and visit local towns, or both!」
