"Overall this was an excellent stay. Host had pretty much everything you could need available at the cabin. He was very responsive to questions. Location was beautiful and relaxing. Lake was nice- not super busy. Cabin was decorated nicely- very modern. My only complaints would be regarding the water- I would suggest bringing your own drinking water. "The Dam House offered the seclusion, privacy and tranquility that we were seeking. We enjoyed evening campfires, kayaking and relaxation. Joyce was kind enough to offer the use of they’re property on Lake Superior’s Big Bay. We spent a couple of days sitting on the beach and taking walks & rock hunting…on one day we didn’t see another person. The Dam House was clean and all of the amenities were as described. "This place is awesome for a winter adventure to the U.P.! Our group of four had a blast spending New Years here.
