It worked great for our purposes. We were used to communicating with the owner directly, so were a bit nervous when we figured out that it was now managed by a company as local information can be crucial in the winter. All worked out in the end. "

"The AC did not work. The property manager came out and tried to fix the issue and the AC only worked for 10 min after the “repair”. It was very hot and stuff especially in the upstairs bedrooms. Location was fine and listing was otherwise accurate, but way over priced for the unit. Would not stay here again. "

It is organized and has everything you need for your beach getaway. The deck and views are amazing.
