The beds were super comfortable, the main spaces for gathering were inviting and cozy. The views out each window are a visibly stunning green space. There is easy access to all the wineries in the area. I would definitely stay there again."

"We had a wonderful experience staying at the Katie Conner Cottage — it truly felt like a home away from home. The location is ideal: just two short blocks from Van’s Beach and less than a five-minute walk to Historic Fishtown. It couldn’t be more convenient for exploring all that Leland has to offer.The cottage itself was lovely — spotlessly clean and incredibly well-appointed. We especially enjoyed spending time on the front porch, where we had breakfasts, dinners, and played games as a family. The kitchen had everything we needed (and more), and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like beach towels and chairs, which made our beach days effortless.There was plenty of space for outdoor fun; we played baseball in the yard and were able to store our bikes, golf clubs, and other gear in the garage — a huge plus.Pat and Mark were wonderful hosts. They met us at the house to show us around and welcomed us with a bottle of wine and delicious chocolate-covered cherries — such a warm and personal touch.We honestly can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. This cottage checked every box for us, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. We would very highly recommend the Katie Conner Cottage to anyone planning a visit to Leland."
"Comfortable and very clean apartment, well appointed apartment with two spacious bedrooms , eating area, living room and large bathroom. A/C was perfect and strong, all appliances worked, with the exception of the oven, which had no working vent. Wonderful location, walked to everything, easy drive to neighboring towns. Only suggestions would be to have mirrors above dressers, and a few pyrex glass baking dishes. A note to those who might have an issue with stairs; there is a long ,steep flight of stairs to reach the apartment."
