"The pictures of this property do not do it justice! This cute, super clean mid century modern chalet has everything you could ever need. The beds were super comfortable, the main spaces for gathering were inviting and cozy. The views out each window are a visibly stunning green space. There is easy access to all the wineries in the area. I would definitely stay there again."

"My husband, 15 month old daughter and I had a wonderful stay at Mellow Yellow! The best week of our year so far. We enjoyed dinners on the back porch looking out over the lake and reading by the firepit in the evenings. The cottage is in a great location for exploring- we hiked, kayaked, went to lighthouses and wineries. Debbie was such an accommodating host. We hope to be back!"
"Literally amazing… I cannot say enough good things about the house and the host! She checked in a few times over the weekend, making sure all was well. It was nice to be able to text back and forth if needed! The house is immaculate… we had 4 couples and we all had our own space. We made a huge dinner one night and had everything we needed. It is close enough to town but far enough that you feel peace and no hustle bustle. We will DEFINITELY rent again… I cannot rave enough about this property and the owners!!"

"We had a great stay at this vacation rental! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and even better than the photos. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the house had everything we needed — we truly wished we could've stayed longer. While the steep driveway was a bit of a surprise at first, it quickly became a non-issue. We even spotted a mama turkey and her baby wandering the property, which was such a sweet touch. The location was ideal — centrally situated on the peninsula with easy access to Suttons Bay, Northport, and Traverse City. The management team was also fantastic, responding quickly to the couple of questions we had. All around, a perfect getaway!"

"Wonderful choice for our three generation family gathering. The house offers great spaces for conversations, comfort, and privacy. The kitchen was well-equipped and the stove and BBQ were perfect for the culinary artists in our group—wonderful to share our meals around the large dining room table. To top it off, the deck views were enjoyed both morning and night."
