「This apartment was adorable and in such a great location! Bed was super comfortable, shower was nice, and the views were great. I was here for the horseshow and it took only 5-10mins to get there each day. Also, the rental agency that runs these properties is super communicative and easy to reach. Would recommend!」

「I had planned a 'staycation' with my daughter & liked the location of this condo. The unit was dated. There was a stale odor upon arrival either from smoking or the carpet needed to be deep cleaned. The coffee pot 'please clean' light was on and the light over the stove in the microwave was burned out. The fireplace was nonfunctional. There was no heat in the bathrooms, and I had to step over the toilet to get into the shower. The most frustrating aspect was the faulty lock on the entrance...

「The condo was even more beautiful and accessible than I thought it would be by the pictures. While the owner of the properties (Grand Traverse Resort) no longer allows use of fireplaces, and that was a big reason I chose this spot, folks at True North were responsive in hearing my disappointment. Everything was very clean, spacious and relaxing. Great location. Easy to get to wineries, restaurants and shopping. I would definitely rent from this company and at this location again.」

「Communication was good until I checked in. 15 minutes after I entered the condo another woman open the door and said she had rented it for the exact same time. I told her I was already unpacked. I communicated to the management team that there were no no pans, cutting board or knives in the condo to cook with. They did not call me or communicate. I took a ton of food to cook for three days and had absolutely nothing to cook.. This was not a camping trip I should not have had to bring supplies...
