We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Delamar! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel amenities were great, the shuttle was very convenient! We had an amazing dinner at the Artisan. The covered outdoor area was comfy with heaters and a gorgeous view.

Beautiful view on the lake and direct access to the walkable downtown district within 10 minutes. Didn't use amenities much and no real options for breakfast without paying high prices for a preprocessed sandwich so look to downtown for better options such as the Town Plaza. Room was adequate but wasn't able to get a King so wife and I slept separately, which I thought was odd for the shoulder season.

Beautiful hotel! Very clean and modern look. Had a regular room but can still see the lake . For how expensive it is , Surprised to find out there is no in room dinning , they also don’t encourage take out form restaurant and can’t order drinks or food at pool. Very close to downtown they also have a shuttle service .

My check in and checkout process was horrible. My room got taken away despite the fact that I had called earlier that night saying I will be late. Couldn't get room keys until 10am the next day when the manager came and the keys still didn't work. At check out, they deactivated my room keys despite me having late check out. My room had a dirty chair with a mystery stain and the bathroom sink had what appeared to be mold on it. Staff was otherwise friendly and the restaurant in the hotel was delicious otherwise

We had a great stay at the Delamar despite the terrible unusual air quality due to nearby fires. We ended up staying in our room for the most part, which was great, because it was so comfortable and clean. We had a lovely bay view room. We ate at the restaurants a few times - delicious meals. The staff was very nice and helpful.
