The room itself was ok, you could tell maybe new flooring and updated bed frame, but the rest of the room seemed old and outdated. The only staff I came in contact with was the person at the front desk when I checked in, she was very nice. The beach and the outside property were really nice. Great view. Spa tub was old and rusty, the bathroom was not the cleanest and could use some updating. The shower for sure was old and outdated.

The room was very quiet but the bathroom area is veey outdated. Also, the pool is under construction and wasn't a pretty site to see. I also had issues with having no hot water on the first day. Other then being on the lake this room was not worth the money.

We enjoyed our room and view! The one issue that we could not get resolved was a loud consistent squeal or whistle. The office closed at 10PM. We spoke to the staff around 9PM and they came and checked out the sound but were unable to identify or fix it. It occurred numerous times through the night. We again mentioned it at check out to a new staff person who said they were unaware of the sound. We will not be returning to this hotel.
