「駅から歩ける距離にはなく、バスも早くに終わるので、車がないと大変不便。ホテルの駅送迎サービスなどもないので食事する場所が近くに見つからず、不自由な思いをした。 イメージとしては、築年数の古い温泉場の観光ホテルといった感じです。 」

「帰りの車の予約日が誤って登録されていて困っていたところ、コンシェルジュの方があちらこちらに連絡してくれ、なんとか帰ることが出来ました。英語をうまく話せず1人旅であったため非常に不安でしたが、１時間もの間親身になり車を手配してくださいました。ホテル全体も温かな雰囲気で楽しいひとときを過ごしました。ベトナム料理のレストランも、美味しかったです。」

「They were nice enough to let me check in early when I requested that in person. That helped a lot as I was having altitude sickness. AC was old and loud but everything else was really great. Decent breakfast!」

「This is a great motel to stay at. The room we had was spacious and very clean. The location of the motel is another plus. It's right across the street from the Old Town Hot Springs (which they have discounted rates) and right next to 3rd Street in case you are going to Strawberry Hot Springs. Besides easy access to the Hot Springs, it is in downtown Steamboat Springs, so everything is within walking distance. As I mentioned, the room and bathroom were clean, and the bed was very comfortable....
