「I was in town taking a 5 day Wilderness First Responder class and stayed here for the last two nights. Super easy check-in and a communicative host. Being right on the Main Street of Leadville was really nice. It’s clearly been recently remodeled which was lovely. It’s got a fun and quirky style and I enjoyed my stay!」

「What a wonderful place and great hosts! We arrived in a downpour (not typical for Grand Junction). Bruce came out with an umbrella and directed us to the door to the suite. Bruce and Cindy go above and beyond! Everything was great! Would definitely stay here again. 」

「We had a wonderful stay. The property is close to anything in Glenwood Spring you may need. 」

「Our family of five LOVED staying here. The property was lovely and the location couldn't have been better. Just a five minute walk to downtown, 7 minutes to the hot springs and 5 minutes to the Doc Holiday trailhead. Killer roof deck porch with great views of the mountains.The only note we have is that we did not know there are two flights of stairs leading into the apartment. Not a problem for us, but it could be for anyone that is mobility impaired.We will definitely try to stay here again on...

「The access to the apartment is well described; there are stairs and staircases to navigate, and that can be hard when carrying lots of ski gear. But if one is okay with that, the apartment is tidy and fine for a skiing stay. It is great that parking is provided. Try and get precise directions for getting to and from the ski slope, but it is relatively easy to ski in, and ski out requires a staircase down, crossing the road, and then stepping down some steps to the slope.」

「We really enjoyed our time here! It's a great location, easy to walk to many great restaurants and shops, and a quick drive over to hanging lake (if you have permits to hike it). Our toddler enjoyed sitting in the rocking chairs outside and checking out the garden and plants. We had a small problem when we first arrived and Bruce was very quick to respond and it was dealt with quickly. Thanks for a great stay! 」
